All tint darkens your windows. Only good tint keeps your car cool.
Cheap tint is dyed. It looks fine for a year or two, then goes purple and starts to bubble. It also does almost nothing about heat, because dye blocks light, not the heat that comes with it.
Ceramic tint is different. Instead of dye, it uses tiny ceramic particles that stop heat before it gets through the glass. It never changes color, and it does not mess with your phone signal.
We install STEK, and you choose between two of their films:
Their ceramic film. Excellent heat rejection and the right choice for most cars.
Adds graphene, the same material used to keep electronics from overheating. It rejects the most heat we can offer.

The windshield is the biggest piece of glass on your car and it faces the sun head on. It is the single biggest change you can make to how hot your cabin gets. We are the only shop around here doing it.
Every tint service includes a free full exterior hand wash and dry. Lower shade numbers are darker. Darker does not mean cooler, since the heat rejection comes from the film, not the shade.
We stock 20%, 35%, 45%, and 70% shades. All tint installed by Lookin’ Good Auto is applied in accordance with South Carolina window tint laws, so your car stays compliant.
Windshield visor strips are available for $75. Sunroof tint is available on a limited basis after a consultation. Sunroofs take more heat than side glass, so we look at your car first, go over the films the manufacturer approves, and confirm what is safe before we move forward.
Tint goes on in our Conway shop, where we control dust and temperature.
We confirm the film and the shade with you before anything is cut.
Glass cleaned inside and out, surrounding surfaces protected. Anything left on the glass becomes a permanent speck under the film.
The film gets carefully cut to your car’s glass, then squeegeed flat so nothing peels later.
Free exterior hand wash and dry, then we walk the car with you.
Note: Most tint installs take about 2 hours. Keep the windows up for 48 hours after so the film sets properly.
We are a two person shop in Conway. That is on purpose. Fewer cars on the schedule means yours gets the time it needs, and the person you talk to is the person doing the work.

Three things we get asked about most, answered straight.
Darker tint means a cooler cabin.
Shade and heat rejection are two different things. A light NEX film beats a dark dyed film by a wide margin. If you want a cooler car, what the film is made of matters, not how dark it looks.
All tint fades and turns purple eventually.
That happens to dyed film. Both films we install use ceramic particles instead of dye, and both are covered for life against fading.
Tint interferes with phones and GPS.
That was true of old metallic films. Neither film we install has metal in it, so your phone, GPS, keyless entry, and sensors all work normally.
The questions we get asked most.
Both block heat and UV, and neither affects your signal. NEX has graphene in it and rejects more heat. SMART is ceramic and is the right call for most cars.
